Biography
Amy-Ruth Hallett is a distinguished professional with over 25 years of experience in the aerospace industry, marked by her initiation into the field at Eaton Aerospace. At Eaton, she was responsible for manufacturing, operations, and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) strategy for critical engine components, including debris monitoring sensors and pressure switches. Her career trajectory then shifted towards aircraft interiors when she joined B/E Aerospace in 2007, which has since become part of Collin Aerospace and Raytheon Technologies. Here, Amy-Ruth played a pivotal role in leading the supplier effort that achieved EASA Certification for the complete Interiors and Structural Doors programs for the Sukhoi SuperJet 100 Regional Jet Program.
Venturing independently, Amy-Ruth founded 2H Investments Corporation, a consulting firm dedicated to assisting clients with interim global operational, supply chain, manufacturing, and executive leadership, especially during periods of mergers and acquisitions. This venture highlights her adaptability and expertise in guiding companies through critical transitional phases with strategic acumen.
In 2017, Amy-Ruth’s career path intersected with Jeffrey Calkins as they both joined Comfort Motion Global (CMG). Together, they embarked on a mission to integrate Healthy Seating Technology into the aviation sector, demonstrating their leadership and innovative thinking in a new industry domain. Her vast experience and strategic insight have been instrumental in navigating CMG’s technology into the aerospace market, establishing a new avenue for the application of their health-centric seating solutions.
